My first real journey was to Moab, UT for a mountain biking trip in 2008. Since then I have visited most of the lower 48 as well as 7 other countries from Africa to South America. Most of my journeys center around adventure travel: climbing, rafting, caving and backpacking, but I love exploring a new place. I find that the exciting world of travel is the perfect subject for my other passion: writing.
