Alan Karmin
Alan Karmin is an award-winning journalist and author. Born in Brooklyn, New York he spent most of his life growing up in the New Jersey suburbs. He spent years as a senior copy writer and content creator of national and international ad campaigns for internationally known companies. Most recently, Alan has been writing content about the New York Mets at RisingApple.com, and for a food, travel, and activity blog. Alan is an avid runner, hiker, explorer, and humorist. He loves the finer things in life and loves to end up in places that are off the beaten path…wherever that may be.
Federica Bocco
Federica is a journalist who likes to write social commentary based on popular (and obscure) media. In addition to being a certified Rotten Tomatoes critic, she is also a travel writer and author of various guidebooks. Her words have appeared in more than 20 publications around the world such as Lonely Planet, Business Insider, Cosmopolitan, Time Out, and have been translated into a dozen languages.

About FanSided
The idea of FanSided was born in 2007, when two brothers felt that their favorite team, the Kansas City Chiefs, was being under-covered by the mainstream media. Taking matters into their own hands, they launched Arrowhead Addict, a move that would spawn the creation of FanSided in 2009, a network of over 300+ fan-powered unique sports, entertainment and lifestyle sites dedicated to team-specific, sport-specific, genre-specific, and fanbase-specific coverage. From sports, movies and TV to lifestyle and tech, FanSided has you covered.
