By FanSided
If you don’t know it, Uvita is a cool place in Costa Rica. It is countryside with protected nature and endless species of birds, mammals, and butterflies. Mostly, it is the place where you can go whale watching!
The whale tour will make you see the most beautiful spots along the Pacific coast of Costa Rica, aside from getting the chance to spot some whales in the ocean!
You’ll be in the areas surrounding Caño Island, Marino Bahia Ballena National Park, and Corcovado National Park near the Osa Penninsula coastline which are all prime areas for beautiful scenery and whale watching go-ers.
Usually, visitors go deep down the Marino Ballena National Park and make stops at Tres Hermanas Islets, Whale Tail Point, Ventana Sea Caves, and Ballena Island where they have the most luck when it comes to seeing whales roam in thier natural habitat.
So what is a whale watching tour? You will join in searching for humpback and pilot whales along with various species of dolphins, dolphins are super friendly and will often swim alongside the boat because they love human interaction.
You will be surprised at how cool is to see a 40-ton whale slap its tail across the water.
Also, it is pretty amazing to see dolphins swim together with sea turtles, something you wouldn’t normally see. Not to mention that coral and rock reefs in the Marino Ballena National Park is breathtaking! You can also navigate through the caves’ natural caverns! This plan is so exciting!
