Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives has a few spots in the United States it loves to stop by. And in Florida, that prime Triple D spot is Miami. Again and again over the seasons, the show has found its way back there, and for good reason.

Thanks to the diverse range of cultures in the city, the food scene there is unreal. Honestly, that might not be doing Miami justice. Thankfully, Triple D has more than a few superb recommendations you need to keep in mind the next time you’re in town.

La Camaronera Seafood Joint & Fish Market — Triple D Season 6

Eating great seafood is rarely a bad idea. Well, unless you’re allergic, then you should probably consider stopping by the nearest hot burger spot or at least staying away from the fish. But if you’re good to go, then La Camaronera Seafood Joint & Fish Market is the place.

This is one of those iconic neighborhood restaurants that has been around for years. That’s why Triple D stopped by all the way back in Season 6. La Camaronera is still going strong, serving up delectable Cuban food that is to die for.

Classic American food in a 1970’s style diner. It’s no wonder Fieri and the Triple D team made their way to Blue Collar. Located in the historic MIMO district of Miami, there’s a good chance you’ll be nearby, anyway, while doing some sightseeing.

This is the place to sit down with shrimp and grits, mac and cheese, and a healthy side of jalapeno cornbread. That being said, they also have some reputable conch fritters. And if you’re feeling like trying something different, give the Cuban Sandwich Spring Rolls a chance.

Mr. & Mrs. Bun — Triple D Season 28

Triple D spent a lot of time in Miami in Season 28, and Mr. & Mrs. Bun was one of their more interesting stops. It is a delightful Peruvian joint tucked away in a strip mall, as so many of Fieri’s finds often are.

It’s nice when the name of an eatery lets you know exactly what you’re in for when you walk through the door. And Milly’s Empanada Factory is there to serve you empanadas. Venezuelan empanadas, to be precise.

Naturally, you’re there for the main event of some delicious empanadas but that’s not the only game in town. There are several Venezuelan dishes to try, including tequeños, pastelitos, and arepa fritas. And that’s just the beginning.

Mojo Donuts & Fried Chicken — Triple D Season 28

It’s like someone sat down and decided to create a restaurant specifically to lure Guy Fieri in to film for Triple D. If so, well played as Mojo Donuts & Fried Chicken certainly got the job done when the crew stopped by in Season 28.
