Taking a trip to a Christmas town this holiday season gets you out of quarantine.

The Christmas season officially began the second the last Thanksgiving plate got washed and these towns are all about the season.

In some places, entire communities get together to decorate their homes so that passersby can revel in the beauty while they sip hot chocolate and the listen to the kids squeel with joy in the back of the car. These drive-thru beauties are starting to fade in many areas and are becoming harder to find.

It would be pretty safe to say that many towns across America have at least one “drive-thru” park that has lights during the Christmas holiday season. I loathe the spectacle personally. Especially given the fact that you pay and entry fee to see big lit signs with local business advertisements on each light display. So this year, it might be time to get away from the advertisements and dive into a Christmas town!
